Great question! To begin with, hiring a full-time senior-level designer now costs over $100,000 per year, not to mention the additional expenses for benefits. Moreover, finding an available designer with the right skills can be quite challenging. Additionally, you may not always have a consistent workload to keep a full-time designer occupied, resulting in paying for idle time.
With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the time when you actually have design work available.
On average, most design requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.
Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests as you want to your queue, and they will be completed one by one.
Most of our design requests are created using Figma.
Surprisingly, Shapeusto is a one-person agency. This means you will directly collaborate with me, the founder of Shapeusto. However, for power-up requests such as animations or custom illustrations, we have partner designers who assist.
We understand that you may not always have a continuous need for design work. If you currently have only one or two design requests, you can conveniently pause your subscription.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you will have 10 days of service remaining that you can use at any time in the future.
Shapeusto offers a variety of options for requesting designs through Trello. Common methods include direct requests via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even providing a brief explanation through a Loom video for those who prefer not to write their briefs. Essentially, anything that can be linked to or shared in Trello is acceptable.
No problem at all. Once you are finished with your request, you can pause your subscription and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remaining subscription time go to waste.
