Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Expertise in providing strategic inputs for sales pitches and managing client accounts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English (C1+ level)
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs to deliver tailored sales solutions
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Suggest and implement improvements to the sales process
