Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related sales role
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Proven track record in generating leads and scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate with prospects
- Expertise in managing and updating CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English (C1+ level)
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients to schedule appointments
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance
- Suggest and implement improvements to the appointment setting process
